That is true for now, but does this mean that it will continue to be one in the future? Maybe it will be, but then again maybe it won't. This works for some companies / industries, but not for others, tech being the sector that is most likely to be miss-priced by value investing techniques. The main problem of value investing is that it relies too much on the assumption that past performance can predict future performance.
